Terms and policies

1. Acceptance

Using the website and the system implies agreement with these terms. System access is restricted to users authorized by the contracting institution.

2. License

The contract grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the system during its term, for the agreed units and number of users.

3. Account and user responsibility

Passwords are personal and must not be shared. Every record created with a user's access is attributed to that user. The institution is responsible for granting and revoking access.

4. Permitted use

Copying, decompiling, reselling, overloading or attempting to bypass security controls is prohibited, as is entering unlawful content.

5. Availability and maintenance

We work to keep the service continuously available, with maintenance windows announced in advance. Interruptions caused by force majeure do not trigger penalties.

6. Support

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, through the official channels: WhatsApp, email and the in-system channel. Clinical emergencies get queue priority.

7. Intellectual property

The software, brand and materials of GSAÚDE belong to the company. Data entered by the institution belongs to the institution.

8. Payment and term

Prices, terms and adjustments follow the signed commercial proposal. Overdue payment may suspend access after notice.

9. Backup policy

Daily backup routine with retention as per contract. Restores are requested through official channels and run by our team.

10. Cookie policy

We use essential cookies and, where authorized, audience measurement cookies. They can be blocked in the browser.

11. Jurisdiction and changes

These terms may be updated, with notice on the website. The court named in the contract settles disputes.
